Should you feel uncomfortable or wish to report any concerns, our staff is here to assist. You can approach any team member, who will discreetly connect you with the designated Safer Spaces representative for the evening—typically the front-of-house manager or bar manager. These representatives are trained to handle such situations with care and professionalism.
Private and Supportive Reporting Process
For reporting an incident, we offer a quiet, private area accessible only to staff. Here, you can speak freely and confidentially. You're welcome to bring a friend for support or request another staff member's presence. To help manage any potential shock, we offer amenities like water. Our aim is to create an environment where you feel heard and supported.
Zero-Tolerance Policy and Immediate Action
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment and discrimination. Incidents are taken seriously and addressed immediately, including the removal of the perpetrator from our premises. Depending on the incident's severity, and at the discretion of the affected party, we may involve the police. Our focus is to ensure your safety and comfort, offering assistance as needed and avoiding direct confrontations between the affected party and the perpetrator.
Follow-Up and Accountability
We treat complaints against staff, performers, and promoters with the utmost seriousness, conducting thorough investigations in line with our disciplinary policy. We strive to ensure accountability and maintain the trust you place in us.
